187 - Public Participation at Board Meeting
A. Agenda Items
The Board invites comments by citizens on agenda items prior to the Board’s deliberations.
B. Nonagenda Items
Nonagenda items may be presented at Board meetings by citizens but the Board may not gather information, discuss or take any action on that item.
The president may encourage the citizen to request placement of the item on the agenda for the next regular meeting.
