185         -     Board Committees

At the request of the Board, a committee may be appointed by the Board president to deal with any particular matter. Such appointment shall include committee duties and duration.

The function of all committees shall be fact finding, deliberating and advising, but not legislating or administering. All recommendations shall be subject to ratification and approval by the Board.

The Board president may serve as an ex-officio member of all committees and shall be notified of all committee meetings.
