164 - Board Member Compensation
Board salaries shall be established at the annual meeting.
The annual meeting may authorize the payment of actual and necessary expenses of a School Board member while traveling in the performance of his/her duties.
If a Board member wishes to be reimbursed for actual loss of earnings when Board duties require a member to be absent from regular employment, the Board member must have the item placed on the agenda of the annual meeting.
