533         -     Professional Staff Recruiting/Hiring

The School District reserves the right to determine the qualifications it requires for each of its employees.

A.     Recruitment

Personnel will be recruited through the office of the District Administrator or designee.

B.      Appointment

The District Administrator shall recommend candidates to the Board for confirmation.

C.      Certification

Candidates must furnish appropriate evidence of preparation and experience and of licensure or certification, where required.

The School District of Fort Atkinson does not discriminate on any basis protected by federal, state or local laws.
