Every team member plays a role in teaching and learning and is valued here at the School District of Fort Atkinson. The Support Staff Award For Excellence in Education was created to reward a non-certified staff member for their outstanding work in our schools. 

The positive impact one team member can have on students and staff is infinite. We are so fortunate to have so many dedicated and passionate team members within our buildings. The Support Staff Award is awarded annually at the SDFA Fall Convocation.
