183 - Voting Methods
A voice vote of Board members is to be used for all motions, except in the following cases.
A roll call vote, varying in the order of voting, is required for any motion to which any Board member calls for such a vote, and for a motion to convene in closed session.
A roll call vote, varying in the order of voting, is customarily used for any motion expending funds.
A secret ballot may only be used to elect Board officers, if a Board member calls for such a format.
Abstention from voting should not be used to obstruct the essential activities of the Board.
