172         -     Special Board Meetings

Special Board meetings are meetings that are not regular Board meetings or the annual meeting. Special Board meetings shall be noticed.

Any Board member may request a special Board meeting as provided in Section 120.11(2), Wisconsin Statutes.

A majority of the Board members may determine the adjournment time of a special meeting in advance of the start of the meeting.
