BOARD POLICY 171.1

171.1      -     Public Notification of Board Meetings

Notice of all Board meetings shall be supplied to the public, official newspaper, and registered news media--who have filed a written request--and posted at the administrative office. Notice will be given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Shorter notice is allowed for good cause but not less than two hours.

The notice shall set forth the time, date, place and subject matter of the meeting.
