171         -     Regular Board Meetings

Regular meetings are held at least once every month at a fixed time and place.

Annually, at the organizational meeting, the Board shall set the time and place of regular Board meetings. The schedule of regular meetings so made shall remain in effect until June 30 of the following year unless changed by a consensus of the Board, as determined by the President.

The Board may also eliminate scheduled meetings so long as at least one regular Board meeting is held each calendar month.

Regular meetings shall be scheduled to take place in one of the District buildings. An effort shall be made to provide a meeting room large enough to accommodate all who wish to attend.
