453.2      -     Student Immunizations

                     All students shall meet immunization requirements as set forth by state law. Proof of immunization shall be furnished within thirty (30) days from the time of enrollment. Any exemption by statutory authority shall be reviewed by the school nurse who will notify the District Administrator that such exemption has been applied for. The requirements of the law prevail.
