443 - Student Conduct--Responsibilities for the Learning Environment
The School District will provide an orderly learning environment and will adopt rules and regulations to protect the physical, emotional, and psychological safety of the school community.
The School District of Fort Atkinson does not discriminate against students, employees or in its relationship with the community in areas of programs, services or facilities on any basis protected by federal, state or local laws.
Discrimination complaints shall be processed in accordance with the established procedures
