ADMINISTRATIVE RULE 342.6

AR 342.6 -   ESEA / NCLB

For the purpose of fulfilling the parental and community participation requirements of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) the school district will comply with the following:

-    Annually review program effectiveness and student achievement results tied to ESEA funding which include:

Reading Recovery results

Reading and writing initiatives

Math programs

Professional development activities

English Language Learners programs and services

At risk programs

-    Involve teachers, principals, other professional staff members, representatives of community groups, and parents.

Annual review and planning meetings will be held.
