225         -     Evaluation of Administrators

Every administrator in the District will be evaluated in writing on an annual basis by the District Administrator or his/her designee. The annual evaluation may be reviewed by the Board at its discretion. The District Administrator shall notify the Board when administrative evaluations have been completed.

The District Administrator shall be evaluated on a semiannual basis by the Board of Education. At least one evaluation per year shall be in writing. The District Administrator shall provide reflections on relevant matters occurring between evaluations to the Board of Education prior to each evaluation.

The School District of Fort Atkinson does not discriminate in employment on any basis protected by federal, state or local laws.
